What happens when you walk in

We scan your feet. A 3D scan reads length, width, arch and pressure. Plenty of people have been in the wrong width for years without knowing it.
We watch you run. Video gait analysis on the treadmill. Free, and no purchase expected. It is the part that cannot be replicated online.
You try real shoes on real feet. Take a few laps. Try three pairs. Nobody is going to rush you toward the register.
30-day exchange. Actually run in them. If they do not work out, bring them back within 30 days and we will exchange them for store credit. No questions asked.

The whole thing takes 15 to 20 minutes. Walk in any time during store hours.
