Returns and Exchanges

30 day exchange guarantee. If a shoe isn't working for you, bring it back or ship it back within 30 days of purchase and we'll exchange it or refund it. This is the same fit promise we make in the store: worn shoes included, as long as they were used as intended for running or walking and are in resellable condition apart from normal wear.

How to return. Bring the item and your receipt or order confirmation to Second Wind Run Co., 2608 W 12600 S, Riverton, UT 84065, or email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method once we receive the item. For mail returns, the customer covers return shipping. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Exchanges for a different size or model. Come in for a free refit. Our staff will scan your feet and watch you run so the second pair is the right one. Mail exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order so you're not waiting on us to ship before you can buy.

Not eligible. Items marked final sale, opened nutrition and hydration products, and gift cards.
